John Waters brings with him a life time of aviation experience and enthusiasm as head of Leader Aircraft. John's diverse business and mechanical backgrounds include a wide range of challenging projects from aircraft and antique speed boat restoration to real estate construction. A long time general aviation pilot, he holds ATP and CFIME certificates. John is type rated in the DC-9 and currently flys a B737 as captain for a major airline. In addition, he is an experienced Airframe and Powerplant mechanic.

Vincent Czaplyski has flown numerous aircraft during his long association with both general and commercial aviation. He also holds ATP and CFII certificates, and is type rated on a number of air carrier aircraft. He continues to fly as a B-737 captain for a major airline. He is also a recognized aviation writer whose many articles have appeared over the years in AOPA Pilot, Air & Space, Airways International, Airliner, Aviation Safety and other well known aviation publications.

Dick Ward has been active in almost every aspect of aviation for well over 40 years. He is a CFII and is type rated on several aircraft from Lockheed L1011's to Cessna Citations. A retired airline captain, Dick has also owned and operated a Cessna dealership and a 135 charter operation.

Long time general aviation businessman Dan Waters owns and operates
Falcon Aviation Services at Falcon Field (FCC) near Atlanta, GA. Dan owns and operates a fleet of Diamond Star aircraft.
Falcon Aviation Services is the Leader Aircraft support center for the Atlanta area and will soon be offering business jets in the Leader Aircraft program.
