Note:  This aircraft was originally restored and designed to be placed into our ownership program, but we are running into problems with the insurance companies insuring pilots under 500TT with an instrument rating!  For this reason we will put this incredible airplane up for sale.  We reserve the right to place this aircraft back into our program at any time unless an outright purchase is made.  If you are interested in this airplane do not procrastinate!

You'll notice everything is done except for the engine.  The reason being if we sell it outright most new owners prefer to make the decision on what type of overhaul or engine to install.  If and when we place this aircraft into our program we will complete a major overhaul of the remaining components.

Damage history?  Although there is no record of damage to this airplane, we believe the nose gear collapsed in 1972 while the airplane taxied in after landing.  Most incidents are not recorded like this in airplanes because of one reason or another but we have nothing to hide here.  The airplane is in excellent condition inside and out and you should be aware of as much information as possible on any airplane you buy!

This is truly a special airplane with lots of eye-catching appeal.

*Any Bonanza or Baron potential owner should be well aware of AD 95-04-03 "Carry-thru spar web cracks".  The American Bonanza Society (ABS) states that 32% of their members have affected airplanes.  And it's estimated there are several others out there with effected airplanes that have been either improperly inspected or not inspected at all.  This AD is not to be confused with the AD that has affected the Beechcraft military trainer T-34.  AD 95-04-03 addresses the issue of small cracks found in the carry-thru spar web structure.  N7069N has a small crack and is currently operating with 200 hour inspections on the web spar as per the AD.  The current fix for this is to install a web Beech doubler kit (total cost $5-$7,000 installed).  The ABS is recommending NO ACTION be taken at this time and just continue the inspections until a preferred or NO fix can be approved.  The price of $95,000 for this airplane includes the Beech kit newly installed at time of purchase.  If you would like to continue with the 200 hour inspections and not get this done (as recommended by the ABS) we will take $8,000 off this price!  The airplane will have a fresh annual and a fresh 200 hour inspection to keep you going for probably a couple of years.  More information can be emailed to qualified buyers.

$95,000 with installed doubler kit

$86,000 with fresh annual and inspection on web spar
