Planning a week long vacation to Prince Edward Island or
the Outer Banks next year?
No problem! Our intelligently designed, easy to use system lets you schedule your airplane as far as four years in advance.
As a Leader Aircraft
“Time Share Flying” co-owner, you’ll feel like you own your state-of-the art Diamond Star all by yourself, even though your one-fifth undivided ownership interest won’t cost you anywhere near as much. That’s because we’ve designed a unique scheduling system that maximizes the amount of time the aircraft is available to you.
Here are some highlights of how it works:
All scheduling is accomplished online through the customized scheduling program on our website, or by telephone. There are no hard limits on the number of hours you may fly each year.
Every fifth week is your "priority week" to book your airplane
exclusively - perfect for planning vacations or special trips months or
even years in advance. If you haven’t scheduled your airplane by two weeks before the start of your priority week, the aircraft becomes available to the other owners during that week.
You may trade priority weeks with other owners without limit. There are safeguards built into the scheduling rules that ensure each owner has equal access to the airplane and that no single owner dominates its use.

| Our scheduling system was created from the ground up with you the owner in mind. It's fair minded and easy to use. It guarantees you access to your airplane for the times you really need it.
A simple internet based scheduling program, custom designed for Leader Aircraft, lets you use the Internet or the telephone to schedule your airplane. You can "see" when your airplane is available by simply logging on to this site. Like our entire program, it was built around flexibility. We're pretty confident you'll feel like the sole owner, even though you share your airplane with four other owners!

| | As an owner, you may fly the aircraft at any time it is available on the schedule.
However, there are certain times when you have exclusive use of the aircraft, highly useful if you want to plan an extended trip far in advance. These exclusive-use periods are known as your
“priority weeks.” They run from noon on Friday to noon the following Friday.
Because you own a one-fifth share, your priority week occurs every fifth week for as long as you own the aircraft.
Your priority weeks allow you to schedule your airplane years in advance. You may claim exclusive use of the aircraft during your entire priority week, up until two weeks before it begins. If you don’t plan on using the airplane during any particular priority week and don’t schedule it by two weeks prior, it becomes available to the remaining owners to schedule.
It’s important to understand that even if you haven’t booked your airplane two weeks prior to your priority week, you can still fly it anytime during that week that it remains available on the schedule. You simply can no longer reserve it for an uninterrupted 7 day period. Under this scenario, you, as well as the other co-owners, are limited to shorter overnight periods of up to 2 days duration.
Details of this policy can be more fully explained when you call. The important thing to remember is that it was written with fairness to all co-owners in mind.
In reality, most aircraft owners do not take 10 separate week-long trips in their aircraft every year (the number of full priority weeks per owner each year). So in the course of a year the aircraft will be available for you to fly a great deal of the time, even outside your own priority weeks.
Think of it this way: The aircraft is always available to you outside your priority weeks (or within your unclaimed priority weeks) on a first come, first served basis. It's that simple!
If you need your aircraft for an extended period outside of your own priority week, you can trade your available priority weeks with other owners. Our scheduling system makes it easy and simple to do so. After all, it was designed from the ground up with you the owner in mind.

| | Unlike fractional ownership programs, we are NOT selling block hours. Similar co-ownership programs place strict limits on how many hours you can fly your airplane, we encourage you to fly as much as you want. We have no limit on hours! Your monthly fees include up to 60 hours of flight time per year, but you’re free to fly as many additional hours as you want.
And, unlike fractional plans, additional flight time does not cost you a small fortune when you reach some pre-set limit. In fact,
additional hours in our program are the least expensive of any existing ownership program by far - currently about $28 an hour (dry) for the Diamond Star.
The value of this feature cannot be overstated - just take a close look at the cost structures of other programs to see how much this one feature alone is worth. We want to make sure you fly as often as you want - after all, you’re a true owner.

| | We purposely designed our program to maximize aircraft availability and minimize costs to you the owner. We wanted you to feel like a sole owner while paying only a fraction of the costs.
Did you know that the average aircraft owner flies about 50 hours per year? Our program is built around you the owner flying 60 hours a year, with the ability to fly as many more hours as you would like.
Even at these higher than average utilization rates (if all five co-owners fly 60 hours a year), the aircraft is still available to fly the majority of the time. That’s because 300 hours is not a very high utilization rate for an airplane. For example some fractional programs plan a utilization rate of 600 hours per year for their aircraft, and some rental fleets plan more than 800!
The bottom line is, you’ll enjoy ownership of a brand new aircraft for a fraction of what it would cost you to purchase it yourself. Yet you’ll be able to fly it just as much as (or more than) the average sole owner flies his or her airplane.
